Irene Suchocki

Im Flickrstream von Irene Suchocki gibt es jede Menge zu bestaunen. Am Besten gefallen mir allerdings ihre Reiseaufnahmen. Die meisten stammen dabei sogar aus Europa. Sei es Spanien, Italien oder auch Frankreich. Die Fotos haben alle einen gewissen Flair und wissen durch Komposition sowie interessante Farbbearbeitung zu gefallen.

I love to experiment with different styles and techniques, both in-camera and in my digital darkroom. Faithfully capturing a scene is less important to me than finding that little bit of mystery, evoking a certain mood, or telling a story. Through my photography, I like to explore of the ethereal, the surreal, the whimsical, the mysterious, and the beautiful. I like to consider each photograph a little poem for the eyes. Ursprünglich kommt Irene aus Toronto. 2001 zog es sie allerdings nach Montreal, wo sie noch immer wohnt und als freiberufliche Fotografin arbeitet.
