Ich mag Schweden. Die Sprache ist großartig, die Landschaft ohnehin und die Lebenseinstellung erst recht. Emilie Björk ist Schwedin. Also mag ich auch sie.

Wenn man sich so durch ihr Flickrprofil wühlt muss man lachen, weinen oder man denkt sich: Was soll das jetzt? Ganz egal, die Fotos von Emilie sind eben direkt aus dem Leben gegriffen. Dabei hat man das Gefühl, dass sie selbst gerne vor der Kamera steht, was aber ganz und gar nicht stört.

I use to take crappy pictures on my feets when I was a kid with a toycamera. Later I got a systemcamera but I was still taking silly photos of my feets. Now I just enjoy taking pictures of the small (and the big too of course) things in one mans life. It could be anything as going to bed, being bored or being sad, kissing your partner goodnight or just when you talking a walk to the park. I want to make the pictures look as they are in the real world. Sometimes the life is hard and I wanna show it by showing my pictures with a tiny rough feeling.
